Tahoe area. Our goal is to provide the very best values for your
winter sport gear needs. Because our quality control
standards are high, our employees are among the best in the
business. Our goal is to get you the top dollar for your used
winter gear that we sale for you. We want you, our valued
customer, to be happy. Below is our consignment agreement for
used goods sold in our store.
Consignment Agreement
I agree to consign my goods to 9
lives for a period for 60 days. If I do not retrieve my goods
or the money from the sale within 60 days, and the goods are not
sold by 9 lives I understand that I am relinquishing my claim to
the below mentioned goods. After 60 days 9 lives cannot be
held responsible for storage, damage or loss of mentioned
items. I agree that 9 lives will take 35% of hard goods ie.
Skis, boots, poles and 45% of soft goods ie. clothing.
